In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

The gas1m platform is intended solely for adults. To register and maintain an active account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. gas1m strictly prohibits the use of its services by anyone under 21. Age verification will be requested at registration and may be re-requested at any time at gas1m's discretion.
• You must be physically located in Indonesia at the time of account registration and use, or be an Indonesian national or resident.
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined in Clause 1.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the gas1m platform, or from any other licensed gambling platform, for integrity, fraud, or responsible gaming reasons.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of gas1m or any of its affiliated entities, technology partners, or game providers.

To access gas1m's betting and gaming services, you must register a single account on the platform. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account management:

• One Account Per Member: Each member is permitted to hold exactly one active account. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, device, IP address, payment method, or household — are strictly prohibited. gas1m reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate associated balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and valid Indonesian national ID or passport details. You must keep this information current and notify gas1m promptly of any changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your username and password. gas1m strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). Any activity conducted through your account credentials is deemed to be conducted by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact gas1m support immediately at [email protected].
• KYC Verification: gas1m may request supporting identity documents — including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method — at any stage. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
• Account Closure by Member: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting gas1m's support team. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending KYC requirements.

All financial transactions on the gas1m platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). gas1m does not charge currency conversion fees; all displayed amounts reflect the exact IDR value processed.

Accepted Deposit Methods: gas1m accepts deposits via the following channels:

• Indonesian bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and Bank Danamon.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• International payment cards: Visa and Mastercard, where supported.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• gas1m reserves the right to request proof of deposit ownership at any time.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your gas1m balance. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by gas1m's finance team.
• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) are typically processed within 3 minutes during operational hours (WIB).
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes during WIB business hours. Processing times may be extended during Indonesian public holidays or periods of high transaction volume.
• All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory KYC verification. gas1m reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending completion of identity checks.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements specified in Clause 5.

gas1m offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms page. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games typically contribute 10–15%; sports bets placed at odds of 1.50 or above contribute 100%. The contribution rates for each game category are specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may hold only one active bonus at a time unless the promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Abuse & Fraud: gas1m actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent rollover requirements, collusion, and automated betting. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus and associated winnings voided, and may face permanent suspension.
• Modification & Withdrawal of Promotions: gas1m reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. The withdrawal of a promotion does not affect bonus funds already credited to a member's account, provided the member continues to meet the applicable terms.

The following rules apply to all bets, wagers, and real-money gaming sessions conducted on the gas1m platform:

• Finality of Results: All bet settlements and game results are final once confirmed by gas1m's system. Disputes regarding individual bet settlements must be submitted to [email protected] within 72 hours of the disputed result.
• Sportsbook: Sports bets are settled in accordance with the specific rules published for each sport and market on the sportsbook page. In the event of event cancellations, postponements, or walkovers, gas1m's standard void and refund policy applies as described in the sportsbook rules.
• Casino & Live Tables: All casino games, including live dealer tables provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and WM Casino, are governed by the rules of each individual game as specified by the game provider. The house edge on all casino games is applied as per each provider's published RTP (Return to Player) documentation.
• Slots: All slot games on the platform operate on certified random number generation (RNG) systems. RTP percentages for each title are available in the game's information panel. Slot gacor (high-RTP slots popular among Indonesian players) titles are clearly indicated in the platform's featured game sections.
• Maximum Winnings: gas1m reserves the right to apply a maximum single-session or daily winnings cap. Where applicable, such caps are disclosed in the relevant game's terms. Winnings exceeding the applicable cap will be paid up to the cap only.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, network error, or platform outage that affects the integrity of a bet or gaming session, gas1m reserves the right to void the affected transaction. gas1m is not liable for losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control.

gas1m is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides a full suite of self-management tools, accessible from any member's account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Members may set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. When the threshold is reached, further real-money wagering is suspended until the relevant period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure automatic session timers that log them out of the platform after a specified period of continuous activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the exclusion period, the account will be locked and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Reality Checks: Members may enable periodic on-screen reminders showing the duration of their current gaming session and the net financial result of the session.

All content on the gas1m platform — including but not limited to the gas1m brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, databases, odds data, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of gas1m or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without gas1m's prior written consent.
• Use any automated tools, bots, scrapers, or data-harvesting technologies on the platform.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any platform software.
• Use the gas1m brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context not expressly authorised by gas1m in writing.

gas1m collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

gas1m employs 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption on all data transmitted between your device and the platform's servers. Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing algorithms and are never accessible in plaintext by gas1m staff.

gas1m does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers — including payment processors and game studios — solely to the extent necessary to deliver the services described in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gas1m's total aggregate liability to any member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any services provided shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member into their gas1m account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gas1m shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:

• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses or damages.
• Loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• Losses arising from platform unavailability, maintenance windows, or force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or telecommunications failures).
• Errors in odds, prices, or payouts resulting from manifest human or technical error, provided gas1m acts promptly to void or correct the affected transactions.
• Losses attributable to the member's own breach of these Terms, negligence, or misuse of the platform.

gas1m reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
• Participation in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, chip dumping, collusion, or match-fixing.
• Bonus abuse as described in Clause 5.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward gas1m staff or other members.

Upon termination for cause, gas1m may withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where a balance is determined to have been accrued through fraudulent means, it will be forfeited in its entirety. Where a balance is determined to be legitimate, it will be returned to the member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law. In the event of any dispute between a member and gas1m that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration conducted in the English language.

gas1m acknowledges that its primary user base is located in Indonesia and that Indonesian-resident members may have statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict such mandatory statutory rights to the extent that applicable law prevents such exclusion.

For the avoidance of doubt, gas1m's platform is provided on a trusted and secure internationally operated basis. gas1m does not represent or warrant that its services are compliant with the domestic laws of Indonesia as they relate to online gambling. Members access and use the platform at their own legal risk in their jurisdiction of residence, and it is each member's responsibility to ensure their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable to them.

gas1m reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gas1m will provide reasonable notice to existing members via the email address registered to their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for no less than 7 days prior to the amendments taking effect.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendments take effect.
